$80,000
Location, Location, Location! Just over the bridge and you are on Ft Myers Beach! Easy access by water to the Gulf of Mexico! Gulf Cove is a co-op community which means you own 1/60th of the park It is a 55+ community. You can be under 55 and purchase but only allowed to love on site for 30 days Very low HOA fees at $850. a quarter. New homes must be built to FEMA standards 8-10 feet above ground. Water sewer and electric are available at each site. There is a waiting list for a dock. Once you have purchased you can put your name on the list. They are working on a fee schedule for the docks but I believe they are talking about $1200.00 a year. Very reasonable!! Lots 54A and 51 could be purchased together to have a huge lot!
